RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP Saturday 10 May 2026
I am so thrilled to be teaching a 3 hour workshop for NELIY at the wonderful Iyengar Yoga Studio in East Finchley. We will be exploring the power of restorative yoga and pranayama – yogic breathing. This longer format gives us a chance to really explore the postures, use all the props for some wonderfully supported poses and get deeply into the effects of a longer pranayama session.

WOMEN’S REST & RESET YOGA DAY RETREAT. Saturday 19 September 2026
We are so excited to return to the stunning Cucumber Fields in Hertfordshire for our next Women’s Rest & Reset Yoga Day Retreat – a gentle day to calm your nervous system, understand your hormones and deeply rest.

Escape for the day and enjoy being guided through different techniques by three expert practitioners to refresh, rejuvenate and renew.
The beautiful fully equipped yoga studio overlooks the woodlands of Hertfordshire in the sanctuary of Cucumber Fields wellness space, just half an hour from North London.
Sam at goodyoga will lead two gentle yoga sessions, with an emphasis on how the practice can support women’s health through all stages from puberty to menopause and beyond.
We will have the expert guidance of Samantha Josephs at nutritionista who will show us how to improve wellbeing through healthy eating. Please visit her website www.nutritionista.co.uk
Paps from Good Vibration will be taking us on a journey through sound with crystal bowls, gongs and shamanic drums, the vibrations leading us deeper into calmness and healing. You can find out more about Paps at www.good-vibration.net

ITINERARY
11.45-1pm
First of two yoga sessions with Sam @goodyoga – a morning practice to release tight muscles, shift stuck energies and move the body into spaciousness and ease.
1pm-2pm
An interactive nutrition workshop with BANT registered nutritional therapist Sam @nutritionista – addressing issues such as sleep, eating for energy balance and food for hormonal symptoms.
2-2.30pm
Lunch – a delicious home cooked vegetarian/vegan lunch designed specially for our event by Sam
2.30-3.30pm

Restorative yoga and pranayama – breathwork – with Sam

Sound bath with Paps @goodvibration. A journey in sound with crystal bowls, gongs and shamanic drums to bring the body and nervous system to the deepest levels of relaxation
